Laura Brock Bingham

Laura Brock Bingham, 79, of Middlesboro, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, May 4, 2018 at her daughter's home surrounded by her children. She was born in Stoney Fork on December 14, 1938 a daughter of the late James Scott and Elizabeth Caldwell Brock. Laura was a member of the Binghamtown Baptist Church. She had been a homemaker and loving mother. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Nathaniel Bingham; daughter-in-law, Joyce Bingham; brothers and sisters, Robert Bruce Brock, Millard Brock, Will Brock, Ralph Brock, Dora Brock, Rachel Brock, Bertha Hunter and Helen Hunter. Survivors include her children, Burton Bingham, Becky Marsee and husband, Chuck, Michelle Miracle and husband, Jim and Michael Bingham; grandchildren, Daniel Bingham, Elizabeth Bingham, Brandon Marsee, Jim Miracle and Julie Goodin and husband, Derrick; great-grandchildren, Peyton and Abby Bingham, Alexis and Blake Marsee, Austin and Connor Goodin; brothers and sisters, Reed and Geneva Brock, Grover Brock, Colson Brock, Mary Bullins, Katherine Cavins, Gladys Jackson, Cuba and Jessie Phipps, Irene Brock and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Special thanks to Dr. C.A. Moore, Amedysis and Hospice of the Bluegrass. Services will be at 2:00 PM Sunday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. William Boyd Bingham. Music will be by Thomassa Risner, Jim Miracle and Alexis Marsee. Burial will be in Green Hills Memorial Gardens, Middlesboro. Pallbearers will be Brandon Marsee, Little Jim Miracle, Big Jim Miracle, Derrick Goodin, Ronnie McDowell and John Conley Bingham. Memorial Donations are suggested to Gateway Christian School, 1 Gateway Dr., Middlesboro, KY 40965 in lieu of flowers. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 1:00 until the funeral hour at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville, which is honored to serve the Bingham Family.
