Larry Martin Mcgaffee

Larry Martin McGaffee, 76, of Pathfork, passed away on Saturday, October 5, 2019 at the UK Chandler Medical Center, Lexington. He was born in Pineville on October 20, 1942 a son of the late Estil Martin 'Dick' and Leah Dean McGaffee. Larry was a member of the Pathfork Missionary Baptist Church and had been a Bus Driver and Teacher's Aide for the Harlan County School System for many years. Larry dearly loved his children, grandchildren, brothers and sisters. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 41 years, Bonnie Roark McGaffee; great-granddaughter, Emma Fuson and a sister, Donna Stewart. Survivors include his daughters and their husbands, Trina and Ronnie Fuson and April and Michael Senters; grandsons, Chris Fuson and wife, Brittany, Randy Fuson, Joseph Senters and Dallas Senters; great-grandchildren, Reagan Fuson, Rylee Fuson, Caisyn Fuson, Remington Senters, Bently Fuson and Kisyn Fuson; brothers and sister and their spouses, Bill and Linda McGaffee, John and Tammy McGaffee, Mary Kay and Roger Mills; brothers and sisters-in-law, Sheb Stewart, June and David Haste, Mossy Greer, Marie Helton, Sonny and Brenda Roark; special niece, Lisa Hastings and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Services will be at 2:00 PM Thursday, October 10, at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Chapel with Rev. James Hill. Music will be by Shirley Partin. Burial will follow in the Saylor Cemetery at Pathfork with grandsons, nephews, family and friends serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 6 until 9 PM at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville, which is honored to serve the McGaffee Family.
