Larry Cinnamon

Larry Cinnamon, 58 of Pineville passed away on Sunday, June 15, 2014 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington. He was born on March 16, 1956 in Pineville and was a son of the late Earl Cinnamon and Evelyn Jeffrey Cinnamon Johnson. Larry had been a Private Duty Nurse and dearly loved the congregation and attending church at God's Temple. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Randall Lee Cinnamon and a niece, Tina Philpot. Survivors include his sister, JoAnn Philpot and husband, Harry; brothers, Billy Wayne Cinnamon, Gary Cinnamon and wife, Debbie, David Cinnamon and wife, Vickie and Jerry Johnson and wife, Penny; several nieces and nephews; a very, very special friend, Maxine Richardson, best friends, Wayne 'Pap' Farris and Pastor Ray Dean; and many other family members and friends, all of whom he loved very much. A Celebration of Larry's Life will be at 8:00 PM Wednesday evening at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Ray Dean. Music will be by Mickey Wilder. Private cremation services were held at the Arnett & Steele Cremation Center in Pineville. The family suggests donations to the American Heart Association or to the American Lung Association. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 PM Wednesday evening at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Pineville, which is honored to be serving the Cinnamon Family.
