Kubil R. Hopper

Kubil R Hopper age 68 of Speedwell passed away Oct. 1, 2015. Born Oct. 29 1946 to the late Bill and Ruby Owens Hopper. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by: Wife- Virginia, Brothers- Billy & Boyd Hopper, and Sister- Gelene McWhorter. Kubil enjoyed playing music in the area for over 50 years.

Survivors include: Sons- Herbert (&Terri) Hopper of Winder, GA, Vince (& Diane) Hopper and Joel (& Charlotte) Hopper both of Speedwell, Brothers- Steve Hopper & CJ Hopper, Sisters- Velma Hopper & Pam Baughcum, 7 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and a host of family and friends.

Funeral service 7 PM Sunday Oct. 4 at Reece Valley Chapel with Rev Larry Anderson officiating. Visitation 4-7. Burial 11 AM Monday at the Ausmus Cemetery. Pallbearers: Vincent Hopper, Lane Hopper, Josh Baughcum, Zach Baughcum, Kenneth McNew and Darren Wilson.
