King David Perry, 63, of Hulen, passed away on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at his home. He was born in Pineville on April 3, 1954, a son of the late William Taft 'Hoover' and Sallie Alliefair Cox Perry. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by grandfather, William Madison Perry, grandmother, Zelphia Arbany Clark Perry; grandfather, Thomas A. Cox; grandmother, Matilda Barnett Cox; brothers, Billy F. Bowlin, William F. Bowlin, James Edward Perry, Michael Wayne Perry, Ralph M. Perry and James Henry Perry; sisters, Cleatha Faye Perry, Opal Louise Perry Vanover; brothers-in-law, Winston Wilder and Randy A. Baker. Survivors include his brother, Lee Sam Perry of Hulen, Troy Mitchell and Joanna Perry of Pathfork; sisters, Shirley A. Wilder of Miracle, Beulah Sue and Roger Miracle of Miracle, Elsie Marie and Garry Hooker of Middlesboro; sisters-in-law, Dana Massingale Perry, Linda Miracle Perry and Rosemary Middleton Perry and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Services will be at the Tugglesville Baptist Church on Sunday at 1:00 PM with Rev. David Emert, music by church singers. Burial will be in the Perry Cemetery in Hulen with family and friends serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Saturday after 5:00 PM at the Tugglesville Baptist Church.
