Judith Anne Starr

Judith Anne Ryan Starr, 68 of Pineville, passed away on Thursday, December 20, 2018 at the Middlesboro Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Detroit, Michigan on August 30, 1950 and was the daughter of the late Edward and Gloria Suhrheinrich Ryan. Judith was a member of the First Methodist Church and had worked for Bell County Road Department for 15 years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Mike Ryan; father-in-law, Ira McRae Starr. Survivors include her husband, Raymond Starr; daughter, Wendy Strayer and husband, Marc; son, Raymond Hutton and wife, Lara; grandchildren, Joshua Raymond Hutton, Madelyn Anne Strayer, Jack Thomas Hutton and Cameron McRae Strayer; mother-in-law, Mary Starr; brothers-in-law, Pat Starr and Dwaine Starr and wife, Sharon; nieces and nephews, Keith and Gwyn Starr, Paul and Lisa Starr, Brennan Starr, and Britney and J.T. Booth; and a host of other relatives and many friends. Private cremation services were held at the Arnett & Steele Cremation Center in Pineville. At Judith's request, there will be no public services at this time. The Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Pineville is honored to be serving the Starr Family.
