Juanita Nelson

Juanita Nelson, 82 of Pineville, passed away on Sunday, August 22, 2021 at the Middlesboro Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Middlesboro. She was born in Pineville on October 30, 1938, a daughter of the late Charlie and Fannie Lawson Collett. Juanita had been a secretary. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Elsie Baker, Ruby Christopher, Marie Bradshaw, and Lola Click. Juanita is survived by her daughter, Sheila Gilpin; grandson, Seth Gilpin; brothers, Jack Collett and Hubert Collett; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Private services will be held by the family at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Pineville, which is honored to serve the Nelson Family.
