J.T. Hensley

J.T. Hensley, 85, of Pineville, KY passed away on Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at Christian Care Communities in Corbin, KY. He was born in Arjay on November 18, 1934 a son of the late Gillis and Lovella Carnes Hensley. He believed in the Baptist Faith and retired as a janitor from the Bell County Court House. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Marie Watson Hensley. Survivors include his brothers and sisters, Avery Hensley, Shelby Lee Hensley, Roscoe Hensley, Russell Hensley, Carolyn Faye Lawson, and Levera Spears; and a host of other relatives and friends. Services will be at 2:00 PM on Monday at Arnett & Steele Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Terrell Gibson. Burial will be in the Big Jim Cemetery in Arjay. Pallbearers will be family and friends. The family will receive friends on Monday from 1:30 PM until 2:00 PM at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville, which is honored to serve the Hensley Family.
