Joyce Lee Mason

Joyce Lee Mason, 77 of Pineville, passed away on Wednesday, October 12, 2022, at the Middlesboro ARH. She was born in Ferndale on February 3, 1945, a daughter of the late William and Dora Brooks Baker. Joyce had been a dietician for the Mountain View Nursing Home.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, J.C. Mason; and siblings, Claude Baker, Clyde Baker, George Baker, Mossie Begley, Lewis Baker, Ann Baker, Goldie Baker, Rosie Baker, Rhoda Baker, Bill Baker, Kenneth Baker, and Kathy Baker.

Joyce is survived by her children, Teresa Ralston, Shelia and Travis Graves, and Michael and Becky Mason; grandchildren, Shaun Turner (Amanda), Ryan Turner (Angela), Brittany Ralston (Andy), Shanda Whitehead (Billy), Jordan Graves (Meagan), Stephanie Graves, Dalton Mason (Whitney), Anthony Graves, and Todd Graves; twenty-one great-grandchildren; brothers, Ules and Debbie Baker and Jackie and Lisa Baker; sister-in-law, Jeanie Baker; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM on Sunday, October 16, 2022, at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home with Rev. Donnie Buell presiding. Music will be provided by Stephanie Graves. Burial will follow at the Green Hills Memorial Gardens in Middlesboro. Pallbearers will be Shaun Turner, Ryan Turner, Jordan Graves, Dalton Mason, Anthony Graves, Evan Turner, Cody Turner, and Chase Turner.
