Joshua Lee Terrell

Joshua Lee Terrell age 31 of Tazewell, TN was born June 30, 1989 and passed away Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at the Claiborne Medical Center.

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers; Ray Terrell, Dennis Hurst, Lee Ayers and Wesley Green, grandmothers; Pearlie Ayers and Charlotte Green, uncles; DJ Ayers, Jamie Ayers and Danny Hurst.

He is survived by his children, Ethan Earl Terrell and Elaina Terrell; mothers, Theresa Green and Theresa Grace; fathers, Charles Ayers and Dale Green; step mother, Tammy Ayers; brothers, Steven Terrell and wife Vanessa, Charles Ayers, Michael Grace, Dennis Hurst and Ryan Ayers; sisters, Ashley Hess and husband Victor, Christina Daniels and husband William, Paige Vick and husband Todd, Brittany Grace and Tyra Grace; step brother, Charles Chadwell, Jr.; step sisters, Tilly Chadwell and Jacy Chadwell; special friends, Tony and Michelle Bussell, Josh Bussell and Shawn Bussell. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and a host of other loving relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends Saturday, August 15, 2020 from 1PM until 4PM with funeral services to follow at 4PM in the Arnett & Steele Valley Chapel with Rev. Jackie Daniels officiating. Music will be provided by Kathy Brock. Burial will follow in the family cemetery in New Tazewell.
