Johnathan Wayne Wilder

Johnathan Wayne 'Johnny' Wilder, 48, of Pineville, passed away on Monday, November 28, 2016 at his home. He was born in Pineville on January 7, 1968, a son of Mary Ann Sinkhorn Wilder and the late Claude Wilder. He attended the Church of God and had worked at the Pineville Water Plant and had been a coal miner. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by a daughter, Jessica Michelle Wilder. Survivors include his wife, Karen Charles Wilder; daughter and her husband, Shasta Nicole and James Dunn; grandchildren, Nathan Skylar Wilson, Ashton Wayne 'Moon Pie' Wilson, Shyann Alexis Wilson and Nevaeh Faith Wilson; brothers and sisters and their spouses, Debbie and Mitchell Partin, Sandra and Frank Bray, Claude, Jr. and Becky Wilder and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Services will be Wednesday at 2:00 PM at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. W. Terrell Gibson. Burial will be in Smith Cemetery, Pineville, with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Nathan Skylar Wilson, Ashton Wayne Wilson, James Dunn and Mitchell Charles. The family will receive friends from 11 until the funeral hour at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville, which is honored to serve the Wilder family.
