John Marlow

John Daniel “Sky Rider” Marlow, 54 of Pineville, passed away on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at the Pineville Community Health Center. He was born in Pratt, Kansas July 7, 1971, a son of the late John Henry and Desiele Hill Marlow. John had been a truck driver for 35 years.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Arlen Lambert; sister, Bobbie Jo Marlow; and sister-in-law, Brenda Perkins.

John is survived by his wife, Deborah Denise Marlow; son, John Daniel “JD” Marlow and Tamra Smith; grandchildren, Alexander Marlow and Aribella Marlow; siblings, Sharon Jenkins, Mark Bertram, Shelia Lawson, Linda “Robbie” and George Hensley, Rosie “Odie” and Bobby Brock, and Norma “Korkie” Daniels; special niece, Hannah Daniels; special nephews, Joseph Hensley and Jonathan Hensley; mother-in-law, Bernice Rains; sisters-in-law, Kathy and Jimmy Russell and Monica Hofer; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Memorial services will be at 7:00 PM on Friday, March 27, 2026, at the Mount Calvary Pentecostal with Rev. Billy Gower presiding.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made toward the funeral expenses.

The family will receive friends on Friday from 6:00 PM until the memorial hour at the Mount Calvary Pentecostal Church, 200 Ellenwood Road, Middlesboro, Kentucky.
