John "Jd" Hall

John David 'JD' Hall, Sr., 72, of Pineville, died on Sunday, April 22, 2012 at the Knox County Hospital in Barbourville. He was born in Blanche, KY on May 14, 1939 a son of the late Rice and Litha Spurlock Hall. He had been a handyman. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sistes and brother, Wanda Hooker, Jerline Warren, Gertrude Kilgore and Raymond Hall. Survivors include his wife, Mable Deaton Hall, children, John David Hall, Jr., Lula Mae North, Billy Ray Hall, Steve Hall and Pat Hall; nine grandchildren, brothers and sister, Teddy Jackson, Delbert Jackson and Brenda Cook and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
