John Boston Baird

John Boston Baird, 71, of Pineville, passed away on Tuesday, February 7, 2023, at St. Joseph Hospital, Lexington.  He was born in Chenoa, KY on September 12, 1951, a son of the late Luther Benjamin and Sally Crawford Baird.  He had worked in the Coal mines for over 20 years.  He loved the Word of God and sharing his love of God with everyone.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by great-grandchild, Brycen Raine Blackburn; brothers and sisters, J.B. Baird, James Hurley Baird, Nellie Payne, Dolan Baird.

John is survived by his wife, Diane Hall Baird; son, Billy Wayne Baird and wife; Linda; daughter, Tina Johnson and husband, Mike; grandchildren, Kayla Blackburn and husband, Logan, Katelyn Harris and husband, Tyler, Katrina Johnson and Karri Johnson; great-grandchildren, Shiloh Raine Blackburn and Mackinley Harris; sisters, Betty Sue Browning, Dorothy Johnson and husband, J.W., and Linda Hall; sisters-in-law, Debbie Baird, Doris Baird, Sudie Baird and brother-in-law, Charles Payne; very special people in his life, Christina Napier and Justin Johnson and a host of nieces, nephews and many friends.

At his request, no services will be held.
