Stines, Joan Myers- age 79, fell asleep awaiting Jesus' return on April 18, 2011. She was a life long resident of Lone Mountain, Tennessee. She was preceded in death by parents, Dr. J.R. Greer and Ethel Payne Greer, sister Helen Sue Greer. She is survived by loving husband John Stines, brother Dr Russell P Greer, daughter Donna and husband Denzil McNeilus, sons Brent Myers, Bruce Myers and wife Judy Myers. 5 grandchildren and 1 grand daughter-in-law. A memorial service is planned for June 25,2011 at 4 pm at the Morristown Seventh Day Adventist Church as this will allow for two of her grandchildren to return from mission work in Africa.
