Jo Ann King

Jo Ann King, 69 of Pineville, Kentucky passed away on Friday, May 22, 2020 at the Middlesboro Health and Rehabilitation Center in Middlesboro. She was born in Pineville on December 28, 1950 and was the daughter of the late Willard and Dorothy Williams King. In addition to her parents, Jo Ann was preceded in death by her sister, Faye Payne. Survivors include her daughter, Susan King Scott and husband, Lowell; sons, Spencer King and wife, Jennifer and Sean King and wife, Kim; grandchildren, Brittany King, Madilynn Scott, Kirstin and Josh Garrett and Kayla Cole, Casey and Colton Gambrel; brothers, Roscoe (Polly) King, Robert (Melissa) King, Timmy King, Randy King and Willard (Sandy) King, Jr.; sisters, Connie (Jimmy) King and Robin King; niece, Shannon King; great-nephew, Colton Barton; and a host of other relatives and many, many friends. The family extends a very special Thank You to the staff of Middlesboro Nursing and Rehab for all of the wonderful care and love our mother received. She left with her friends beside her, holding her hand. A Memorial Visitation will be on Sunday, May 24 from 5 until 7 PM at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home.
