Jimmy Timothy Stevens

Jimmy T. Stevens, 79, of LaFollette, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at the LaFollette Medical Center. He was born on June 25, 1946, in Freeborn, Kentucky and was the son of the late Columbus and Delta Crouch Stevens. Jimmy faithfully served his country in the United States Army, and upon his return home he began his own company, Stevens Carpentry.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, W.M., Henry, Barry, Tommy, Terry, and Donald.

Survivors include his children, Tammy Harmon and husband, Marty, and Jimmy Stevens, Jr, and wife, Sherry; grandson, William “Billy” Harmon; sisters, Sandy and Wanda; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be at Arnett & Steele Valley Chapel at 7:00 PM on Friday, March 13, 2026, with Rev. Ed Noe. Music will be by Judy Mullis. Military Funeral Honors will be presented at the funeral home on Friday, beginning at 5:00 PM by the Tri-County Honor Guard. Cremation will follow the funeral and will be cared for at the Arnett & Steele Cremation Center.

The family will receive friends after 5:00 PM on Friday at the Arnett & Steele Valley Chapel in Harrogate, which is honored to be serving the Stevens family.
