Jimmy Dean Mason

Jimmy Dean Mason, 58 of Middlesboro, passed away on Saturday, May 11, 2024, at his home. He was born in Pineville on October 17, 1965, a son of the late Sherman and Edna Marie Brackett Mason. Jimmy was a very kindhearted friend and amazing man. His grandchildren were his world. Jimmy had been a contractor.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Melissa Mason.

Jimmy is survived by his wife, whom he spent the best 28 years of his life with, Teresa Hunter Mason; children, Jessica Smith and husband, Jimmy R., Jamie Mason and wife, Amanda, Anthony Thacker and wife, Temika, and Christopher Thacker; grandchildren, Conner Mason, Emily Mason, Zachary Mason, Arianna Smith, Paisley Ramsey, Blaykleigh Smith, Caylynn Thacker, Michael Hayword, Kyrie Thacker, and Teddy Dean Thacker; and a host of great-grandchildren, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
