Jimmy J. Johnson, 41 of Pineville, passed away on Wednesday, September 28, 2021 at the Baptist Health Hospital in Corbin. He was born in Pineville on October 30, 1979, the son of Jimmy and Helen Howard Johnson. Jimmy had worked as a Coal Miner in the Strip Mines. Jimmy is survived by his parents, Jimmy and Helen Johnson; fiancé, Veronica Day; daughter, Chloe Johnson; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM on Friday, October 1, 2021 at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home with Rev. Van Johnson presiding. Burial will follow at the Hurst Cemetery in Page Cut Off. Pallbearers will be Clayton York, John Osborne, Johnny Johnson, Doug Wagner, Stevie Hoskins, and David Jackson. The family will receive friends on Friday from 11:00 AM until the funeral hour at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Pineville, which is honored to serve the Johnson Family.
