Jimmie Rose

Jimmie Dean Rose, 68, of Blackmont, passed away on Wednesday, January 7, 2009 at the Pineville Community Hospital. He was born in Pineville on April 11, 1940 the son of the late Bill and Versa Brock Rose. He was a believer in the Pentecostal Faith and had been a coal miner. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Janett Wilson Rose. Survivors include his children and their spouses, Sandy and Tom Marlow of Flat Lick and Randy and Shari Rose of Ewing, Va; granddaughter, Sarah Grace Rose; sister and her husband, Thelma and Clyde Helton, special friends Wanda Clark and family and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
