Jimey Lloyd Cox

Jimey Lloyd Cox, 51 of Hulen, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday, May 15, 2019 in Detroit, Michigan. He was born in Monroe, Michigan on July 19, 1967 and was the son of Jerry and Joyce June Lawson Cox. Jimey believed in the Pentecostal faith and was a coal miner. In addition to his parents, Jerry and Joyce Cox; Jimmy is survived by his son, Jimmy Logan Cox, and his mother, Margie; stepson, Matthew Beason; brothers, Jerry Paul Cox and Jamie Lewis Cox; as well as a host of several cousins, other relatives and many friends. Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM on Saturday, May 25, at the Black Star Pentecostal Church with Rev. J.C. Craig, Rev. David Howard and Rev. Ray Stepp. Burial will follow in the Saylor Cemetery at Pathfork with family and friends serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Friday after 5 PM until the funeral hour on Saturday at the Black Star Pentecostal Church.
