Jewell Goodin

Jewell Davenport Goodin, 76, of Pineville passed away on Thursday, April 12, 2012 at her home. She was born in Pineville on April 11, 1936 a daughter of the late Charlie and Mossie Lee West Davenport. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and had been a homemaker. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her father, Rev. Ernest Goodin, brothers and sisters, Paul Davenport and John Davenport, Elias Davenport, Silas Davenport, Roxie Sparks, Goldie Beck, Ruth Matthews, Beatrice Philpot, Kathleen Sturgill and Birdie Foster and sister-in-law, Ethel Goodin. Survivors include her sons; Mike 'Dutch' Goodin, John Paul Goodin; daughter, Sondra Goodin; step-son, James Goodin; daughters-in-law, Alice Goodin, Betty Goodin and Rebecca Goodin and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
