Jewell D. Daniels

Ms. Jewell D. Daniels, age 71 of New Tazewell, TN was born March 25, 1950 in Middlesboro, KY  and passed away peacefully March 4, 2022 at her home with her loving family by her side. She was a beautiful, strong, loving mother and grandmother who is irreplaceable. She loved her family unconditionally without any expectations in return. With her every smile, she brought happiness. To the world she was a mother, to her family, she was the absolute world.

She was preceded in death by her father and mother; Bradey and Sylvia Ellison, brothers; Arlin Ellison, Willie Ellison, Harley Ellison, sister; Mary “Liz” Hurst.

She is survived by her children; Michael Cunningham and wife Star of New Tazewell, TN, Wilma Daniels and fiancée Clif Peele of Smithville, TN, grandchildren; James Partin and wife Tiffany of Tazewell, TN, Michael Partin and wife Katherine of Speedwell, TN, Shawn Cunningham of New Tazewell, TN, Jonathan Cunningham of Harrogate, TN, William Sizemore and wife Leanna of Smithville, TN,  great grandchildren; Alana Jerrell, Sophia Partin, Jamison Partin, Chance Jerrell, Zander Partin, Myaha Partin, Bailey Daniels, Dixie Daniels, Holden Cunningham, Mia Cunningham, Seth Cunningham and Allison Sizemore, sister; Julie Brown of LaFayette, IN, special friend; Ethel Collett of New Tazewell, TN. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and a host of other loving family members and friends.

The family will receive friends Thursday, March 10, 2022 from 5PM until 7PM with funeral services to follow at 7PM in the Arnett & Steele Valley Chapel with Pastor Travis Pressnell officiating and obituary reading by Christian Whitaker. Music will be provided by Louis Poore. Graveside services will be conducted at 11AM Friday, March 11, 2022 in the Irish Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers: James Partin, Michael Cunningham, Michael Partin, Troy Ellison, Shawn Cunningham and Tim Ellison.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
