Jessie Bryant

Jessie David Bryant, 76, of Middlesboro, passed away on Sunday, August 23, 2009 at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville. Born September 10, 1932 in Castlewood, VA, he was the son of the late Moscoe and Pinky Beaver Bryant. He had been a custodian and Bus driver for Right Fork School and was a member of the Bell County volunteer Fire Department, Right Fork Station. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Cardia Hoskins Bryant, granddaughter, Kristy Dawn Byrant, grandson, Chris Sturgill and wife Amanda, Great Grandchildren, Robert Sturgill, Michael Sturgill, and Jordan Sturgill, Brothers, Ancel Bryant, Stewart Bryant, Sam Bryant and Sisters, Esteel Bryant Hicks and Janie Bryant Kilborne, Mother and Father In-law , Thea and Virgie Hoskins Caldwell. Survivors include his Children, Joseph David Bryant, Middlesboro, Theodore Stewart Bryant, Stoney Fork, grandchildren, Samantha Bryant Griffith and husband, Brandon, Barbourville, Niki Bryant, Harrogate, TN., Josh Bryant and wife, Stephanie, Pineville, Felix Bryant, Pineville, great grandchildren, Lindsay Bryant, Courtney Bryant, Brittney Bryant, Amber Smith, Trey Smith, Devin Lewis, Courtney Bryant, Brothers and Sister, Willard and Nancy Bryant, North Carolina, L.C. and Nellie Bryant, Charles and Joann Bryant, and Silvia Bryant Chafin, Maggaline Bryant Sexton, all of Castlewood, VA., and very special friend, Opal Brooks and a host of nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews and lovely friends.
