Jerry Jackson

Jerry Wayne Jackson, 55, of Laurel Hill, passed away on Monday, December 7, 2009 at the Pineville Community Hospital, after a battle with lung cancer. Born in Bell County, KY on July 28, 1954, he was the son of the late Robert (Buster) and Margie Brock Jackson. He believed in the Primitive Baptist Faith, was an avid hunter, a Kentucky Colonel and served on the Agriculture Commission for UK. He was a kind and loving husband, brother, father, grandfather and friend. We are so blessed to have had him in our lives. We Thank God for the time we had and the memories we?ve made. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Edward Jackson, parents-in-law, Lester and Shrilda Dorton Miracle Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Vicky Miracle Jackson; daughters and their husbands, Tonya and Adam Knuckles, Tracy and Eric Langford; grandsons, Jared Adam Knuckles, Eli Jackson Knuckles and Johnathan Issac Langford; sisters and their husbands, Mary Ruth Dorton and Hank Wilson, Dorothy Mason and Paul Peck, Margie Ann and Henry Miracle, Debbie Jane and Kenneth Miracle and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
