Jerry Frederick

Jerry Frederick, 68, of Ewing, VA, passed away on Saturday, August 29, 2015 at the Pineville Community Hospital. He was born in Harlan on October 9, 1946, a son of the late Edward and Nell Clark Frederick. He has been a truck driver. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Joyce. Survivors include his wife, Shvonne Frederick; children and their spouses, Shari and Randy Rose; Eddie and Carla Frederick and Rusty Frederick; grandchildren, Grace Rose, Kaycee Jones, Ryan Frederick, John Gavyn Frederick and James Eddie Frederick; sisters and brothers, Don, George, Oscar, Buck, Irma, Juanita, Inez, Edna and Sharon and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A Celebration of his life will be Tuesday at 7 PM at the Blackmont Baptist Church. At Jerry's request, a private cremation service was held at Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville. The family will receive friends from 5 until the service hour at the Blackmont Baptist Church.
