Jeffery Dean Underwood, age 33, of Tazewell, Tennessee and Bell County, Kentucky, passed away January 4, 2007 at Claiborne County Hospital. Born May 21, 1973 in Middlesboro, Kentucky to the late Horace David Underwood, Jr. and Shirley Jean Jackson Underwood, who survives.

He was of the Baptist Faith.

loving wife, Lynn Underwood of Harrogate, TN.;

mother, Shirley Underwood of Tazewell, TN;

sons, Steven Rush and Jeffery Cameron Underwood both of Harrogate, TN.;

brothers, James Edward Grace of Nortonville, KY., Jonathan Wayne Grace of Tazewell, TN., Michael Lynn Grace of Maynardville, TN., Allan Ray Underwood of Hancock County, TN., and David Stanley Underwood of Clairfield, TN.;

sister, Sherry Ann Scott of Dayton, TN.

Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Monday at Reece Valley Chapel.

Burial in the Grace-Underwood Cemetery.
