Jeff Howard

Jeff ?J.C.? Howard, 70, of Miracle, KY, passed away on Friday, December 4, 2009 at the Pineville Community Hospital Long Term Care. Born in Balkan, KY on May 24, 1939, he was a son of the late Sillis and Audie Wilder Howard. He was a member of Oakdale Baptist Church and had been a Garbage Truck Driver and a Security Guard. Survivors include his wife, Kathy Wilder, brothers and sisters, Paul Howard, Sillis Howard, Jr., Imogene Deboards and Wanda Lee; step-sisters, Mae Daniels, Kathleen Miracle and Irene Smith and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
