James M. Owens, age 66, of Speedwell was born June 16, 1950 to the late Jake Owens & Grace Miracle Owens. He loved hunting, fishing, and farming. He was preceded in death by brothers - Doug Owens & Boots Owens, and sister- Bell Williams.

Survivors include: Son- Jeremiah Owens of Nashville, brothers - Ken Owens, Auburn Owens, & Mack Owens, sister - Sondra Tinnell and a host of family & friends.

Graveside service 2:00 PM Saturday, January 7, 2017 at Ausmus cemetery with Rev. Larry Anderson officiating.
