James Keith Nelson

James Keith Nelson, 41 of Arjay, passed away on Friday, May 31, 2024, in Arjay. He was born in Pineville on December 25, 1982, the son of Terry and Lisa Nelson. Keith had been a coal miner.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Terry Nelson, Sr., Allie Fair Saylor, Lewis Jones, Arnel Saylor, and Bill and Addie McIntyre.

Keith is survived by his children, Presley Faye Nelson and James Tucker Nelson; parents, Terry and Lisa Nelson; sister, Kristy and Ken Burnett; brother, Kyle and Maisie Nelson; nieces and nephews, Kaelyn, Kenton, Kinslee, Kamdyn, and Konnor; grandmother, Mary Lou Nelson; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Funeral services will be at 5:00 PM on Friday, June 7, 2024, at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Tingle, Rev. Jeremy Sanders, Rev. TR Christopher, and Rev. Tina Lord presiding.
