James Jackie Mullins

James Jackie Mullins, of Harrogate, passed away on Thursday, September 21, 2017 at Fort Sanders Medical Center in Knoxville. He was born in Fort Wayne on September 25, 1959 a son of Thelma Elder Cobb and the late Grant F. Mullins. He had been a CNA at Claiborne Medical Center.
He is survived by his mother, Thelma Cobb; aunt, Charity Crowe, and many cousins and friends.
Services will beSunday at 1:00 PM at Reece Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Johnny Parks. Burial will be in the Hill Cemetery at Speedwell.
The family will receive friends on Saturday from 6 until 8 PM at the Reece Funeral Home and Valley Chapel, Harrogate, which is honored to serve the Family of James Mullins.
