James E. 'Jimmy' Mills, age 63, of Harrogate, TN passed away March 21, 2010 at UT. He was a member of Red Hill Baptist Church.

Preceded in death by parents, Herman and Cora Mills; brother, Ray Mills; 2 infant sisters.
