James Millard Brock

James Millard Brock, 68, of Pineville, passed away on Thursday, November 12, 2015 at his home . He was born in East Pineville, KY on February 28, 1947 a son of the late Hestle and Lillie Jackson Brock. He believed in the Pentecostal Faith and had work as a general contractor. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers, Rev. Robert Brock, Melvin Brock, sister, Vada Mullins and husband Tommy, brothers-in-law, Will Brock, Virgil Baker and Creed Cornelius. Survivors include his children, Jamie Brock and Julia Lefevers and husband Scott, grandchildren, Jonah Brock, Jarrett Brock, Morgan Hendrickson, Madison Lefevers and Marissa Lefevers, sisters Christine Cornelius, Pauline Baker, Martha Brock, Mary Rose and husband Gaston, sisters-in-law, Sudie Brock, Katherine Brock, special friend Zella Carter and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Services will be at 7:00 PM Sunday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Chapel with Rev. David Rice, Rev. Gary Cornelius and Rev. Gaston Rose. Music will be by Gerald Baker and Paula Miracle and Family. Graveside services will be Monday at 11:00 AM at the Brock and Burnett Cemetery at East Pineville with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Ron McCartt and Dr. Steve Morgan. The family will receive friends from 5 until the funeral hour at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville, which is honored to serve the Brock family.
