James Lark Jackson

James Lark Jackson, 76, of Salem, IN formerly of Pineville passed away on Tuesday June 8, 2021 at St. Alexius Hospital, Bismarck, ND. He was born in Pineville on March 28, 1945 a son of the late Lark and Kathleen Mae Smith Jackson. He was of the Baptist Faith and had been a factory worker. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother, David Jackson and Robert Jackson and sister, Mary Allen and daughter-in-law, Teresina Jackson. Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Ramona Sue White; children, James E. Jackson, Paul Thomas Jackson and Kathy Mae Wingfeld and husband, Wayne; grandchildren, Brittney Lee, Dana Walton, Jennifer Wingfeld, JJ Jackson, Anthony Wingfeld, Bradley Jackson and Ashley Jackson; seventeen great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Charles Jackson, Alma Faye Dixon, Dillard Jackson, Millard Jackson, Esther Fischer and Danny Jackson and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Services will be at 2:00 PM Tuesday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home with Mr. Jay Steele. Burial will be in Pinelawn Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be John McKain, James Jackson, Anthony Wingfeld, Marquay Lee, Tim Walton and Bradley Jackson. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 1:00 until the funeral hour at Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville, which is honored to serve the Jackson Family.
