James Walter Jackson

James Walter Jackson, 62 of Pineville, passed away on Friday, September 24, 2021 at the St. Joseph’s Hospital in London. He was born in Arjay on March 12, 1959, a son of Billie Jean Jackson. James was a believer in the Baptist Faith and had been a carpenter. James is survived by the love of his life, Mary R. Smith; sons, Matt Smith and wife, Tiffany, Jay Smith, and Randy Jackson; daughter, Jenny Smith; grandchildren, Alexia Philpot, Sarah Mason, Katlin Mason, Emily Smith, Bently Smith, and Anthony Cole Woods; and a host of other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends for a memorial visitation on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Pineville, which is honored to serve the Jackson Family.
