James Franklin "Frankie" Haynes Jr.

James Franklin 'Frankie' Haynes, Jr., 63, of Flat Lick, KY, passed away on Saturday, March 24, 2018 at his mother's home in Speedwell, TN. He was born in Fields, Kentucky, and was a son of the late Mabel Napier Haynes Warren Cox, and James Franklin Haynes, Sr., whom survives. Frankie was always a hard worker, and had been a pest control technician with Orkin for many years, as well as a landscaper, security guard, and had worked in coal mines. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Jo Carver Gibson Haynes, son, James Cleveland Haynes, step-daughters, Jennifer Marie Gibson and Jodie Carver,and brother, Albert Leonard Haynes. In addition to his father, survivors include his children, Gregory Dewayne Haynes, Chasity Metz, Lisa Michelle Carver Evans, and Melissa Smith; grandchildren, Samantha Smith, Kendra Riggs, Raven Riggs, Jaylon Riggs Kelsie Gail Haynes, James David Smith, Alyssa Metz and Michael Metz; great-grandchildren, Hunter Adams, Brayden Riggs, Kenzie Smith, Christopher Roark, Aubrey Riggs and Grace Roark; siblings, Carolyn Helton and husband, Jimmy, Rosemary Thompson and husband, Leonard, Nealy Junior Warren, Patricia Goins, Linda Duncan, Marcia Herrage and Mark Haynes; sister-in-law, Betty Haynes; a very special cousin, Tommy Gambrel; special friends, Cecil Smith, Jr. and Darrell and Joann Sizemore; and a host of many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at 12:00 PM at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home in Pineville with Rev. Darrell Lowe. Music will be by Curt Asher, and Joanie Hobbs and Family. Burial will follow in the Little Creek Cemetery at Arjay with family and friends serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends after 10AM Tuesday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Pineville, which is honored to be serving the Haynes Family.
