James Oliver Ballew

James Oliver Ballew age 70 of Middlesboro passed away Dec.24,2015. Born May 25,1945. He is preceded in death by Dad and Mom Edgar and Ruby (Norton) Ballew. Brother Carl Roy Sisters Pearl Jane, Zona, and Christine. Brother-in-law Bill (Duck) Leach. Son James Albert Ballew. Niece Edna Nash.

Survivors include: Daughters Raylene Ballew, Cora ( & Travis) Faulkner. Son David (& Jill) Ballew. Grandchildren- Johnathan Ballew, Elijah Ballew, Brady and Carson Faulkner. Brothers- Ken, Rick, and Chester. Sisters Mima, Opal, Sybil, and Betty. Ex-wife Wilma(& Stanley) Boling. Several nieces and nephews. Special friends Marie and James Barnett, Sidney Barnett, Sister Rachel Rains, and Walt Overbay.

Services will be Dec. 28 at Reece Funeral Home & Valley Chapel with Rev. Dewayne Graves officiating. Music by Debra Pierce and Speedwell Church of God Singers. Receiving of friends and family will be 12-2 and burial will be following the service at Hill Cemetery in Speedwell. Pallbearers: Travis Faulkner, Tyler Pierce, Joe Pierce, Elijah Ellison, Daniel Ellison, Shawn Branham, and James Barnett. In lieu of flowers make donations to the family for funeral expenses.
