Jack Wayne Pace, 75, of Tazewell, Tennessee, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, April 24, 2025 at the Tri-State Health and Rehabilitation Center in Harrogate. He was born on December 8, 1949 in Middlesboro, Kentucky. Jack was the son of the late Rose Watson Pace and Bob Pace. Jack had worked for Volunteer Knit doing clothing manufacturing, and had been a Deputy Sheriff for the Claiborne County Sheriff’s Department.
In addition to his parents, Jack was preceded in death by his wife, Ruby Lorene Yeary Pace; daughter, Donna Kay Pace Bussell; daughter-in-law, Kimberly Ann Pace; and mother and father-in-law, Shirley and Earl Yeary.
Survivors include his son, Mike Pace; siblings, Kenneth Pace and wife, Teresa, and Carol Johnson and husband, George; step-mother, Lillian Pace; step-siblings, Theresa Patterson, Eric Koning and wife, Paula, and Lila Mize and husband, Shannon; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Private services are in the care of the Arnett & Steele Valley Chapel in Harrogate, which is honored to be serving the Pace family.
