Irene Kathleen Patterson, age 92, Speedwell, Tn. Passed away at Tri-State Nursing Home on April 22, 2013. She was born in Campbell County, Tn and a member of Red Hill Church.
She is preceded in death by her husband: Henry Fitzhugh Patterson, stepfather: Hugh "Candy" Evans, mother: Mable Heatherly Evans, and grandson: Michael Hatmaker
She is survived by her daughters: Patsy Massey of Speedwell, Tn, Sandra Taylor of Knoxville, Tn and Patricia (Mickey) Hylton of Austinville, Va.
8 Grandchildren, 12 Great grandchildren, 2 Great great grandchildren, 1 brother and 5 sisters.
Numerous nieces and nephews.
Rev. Gary Mundy will officiate the services.
Visitation will be Thursday 4-25-2013 from 5:00pm - 7:00pm at Reece Funeral Home and Valley Chapel.
Funeral services will be Thursday at 7:00pm following the visitation.
Burial will be Friday 11:00am on 4-26-2013 at Red Hill Cemetery.
