Irene Bailey Collett

Irene Collett, 88, passed away on Monday, March 12, 2018 in Cincinnati, OH. She was born in Mill Creek, KY on February 5, 1930, a daughter of the late Tilman and Verna Helton Bailey. She believed in the Holiness Faith and had been a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Francis Carol Collett; and sisters, Wanda Helton and Martine Eldred. Survivors include her children, Vernon and Gaylene Collett, Erma Thompson, Wilma and Mike Sproles, Judy and Joe Lewis, Brenda Collett, Linda and Randy Hyde; grandchildren, Marsha and Harold Ziebold, Krystal and Charles Brinson, Tara Sproles, Emma Recker and Amber Recker; three great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Vernon Bailey, Herman Bailey, Danny Bailey, Reed Bailey, Pauline Hillman, Lena Mace, Sue Scales, Doris Couch, Kathleen Boggs, Alice Adams and Dorothy Wilson and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Private Graveside services were held on Thursday at Collett Cemetery at Mill Creek with Rev. Ray Spicer. Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville, is honored to serve the Collett Family.
