Ira Lee Woodby

Ira Lee Woodby age 89 of Harrogate passed away November 10, 2016. Born July 12, 1927 to the late Henry & Norma (Morgan) Woodby. He is also preceded in death by wife- Hester Capps Woodby, son- Lester Woodby, grandson- Joshua Redmon & granddaughter- Thea Nicole Collett, brothers- Charlie, Dave, Sam, sisters- Geneva, Dallie. Ira was a member of Flatwoods Free Will Baptist Church and a Veteran of the Korean War.

Survivors include: children Ed (& Wendy) Woodby, Karen Woodby, Terry Woodby, Sharon (& Mike) Coppersmith, grandchildren Chuck Woodby, Becky Collett Mayes, Scott Woodby, Wesley Woodby, Allen Redmon, Junior Redmon, Megan Reid, Samantha Grimm, Jyll Hansen, Trinity Coppersmith, great-grandchildren- Trinity Collett, Chase Mayes, Zoey Woodby, Kenlee Reid, Timithy Woodby, Landon Woodby, McKenzie Grimm, Makayla Grimm, Madi Redmon, Anthony Woodby, Gracie Jo Miracle, and a host of family and friends.

Funeral services will be 7 pm Sunday November 13 at Reece Funeral Home & Valley Chapel with Rev. Tommy Cutcher officiating. Visitation from 5-7. A graveside service will be held 11 am Monday at the Greasy Hollow Cemetery with full Military Honors provided by the Tri-County Veteran's Honor Guard.
