Ida Kathlene Griffin

Ida Kathlene Griffin, 70, of Pineville, passed away on Friday, June 14, 2019 at the Pineville Community Health Care. She was born in Pineville on August 31, 1948 a daughter of the late Edgar and Debbie Hobbs Burchett. She had been a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Griffin; brother Dural Burchett and sisters, Opal Fugate and Faye Burchett. Survivors include her sons, Cammie Brock, Jr., Michael Griffin and Steven Griffin; grandchildren, Joshua Brock, Dennis Brock, Michaela Griffin, Terry Griffin and Jacob Griffin; great-grandchildren, Elijah Brock and Davonte Farrow; sister Willene Brock and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Services will be at 2:00 PM Monday at Blackmont Baptist Church with Rev. David Howard. Burial will be at Tackett Hill Cemetery at Hulen. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Monday from 12 until 2:00 PM at the Blackmont Baptist Church at Blackmont.
