Hugh Beverly

Hugh Beverly, 76 of Zanesville, Indiana, formerly of Bell County, passed away on Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at Fort Wayne, Indiana. He was born in Blanche, KY on April 16, 1938 and was a son of the late Robert Latimore and Nora Honeycutt Beverly. He was a crane operator at a scrap steel company. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Brenda Geraldine Ogan Beverly in 1997, brother, Herbert Beverly; sisters, Rosella Beverly, Nellie Beverly, Mable Beverly, Ida Smith, Doris Eschman and Norma Cox. Survivors include his children, Donna Gambrel and husband, Bobby; Doug Beverly and wife, Cathy, Darrell Beverly and wife, Angie; grandchildren, Rebecca Beverly, Jacob Beverly, Darek Beverly, Jessica Broughton, Jeremy Gambrel, Jennifer Jackson, and Jarrod Gambrel; great-grandchildren, Nicholas Broughton, Kaleb Broughton, Isaac Gambrel, Isaiah Gambrel, Noah Gambrel, Danielle Gambrel and Raylan Jackson and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Services will be Sunday at 1:00 PM at Arnett & Steele Funeral Chapel with Rev. Jim Bargo. Music will be by the Singing Redeemed. Burial will follow at Pinelawn Memorial Gardens with Jacob Beverly, Darek Beverly, Jeremy Gambrel, Jarrod Gambrel, David Broughton and Brandon Jackson serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends from 5 until 9 PM Saturday at Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville, which is honored to serve the Beverly Family.
