Howard Butler

Howard Butler, 54, of Flat Lick, passed away on Sunday, October 2, 2016 in Fourmile, KY. He was born in Pineville on June 23, 1962, a son of Chris Butler and the late Shirley Broughton Monday. He was a member of Harvest Time Pentecostal Church and had been a coal miner. He was preceded in death by his mother and a sister, Suzy Butler. Survivors include his wife, Mary Teresa Warren Butler; children, Shannon Price and husband, Jonathan; Jessica Gray and husband, Johnny and Jason Butler; grandchildren, Tyler Brush, Jake Gray, Tanner Brush, Layla Gray, Tori Wilson, Jade Butler and Dani Butler; sisters, Patricia Collins and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends. Services will be at 3:00 PM Saturday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. John Neal and Rev. Jimmy Johnson. Music will be by the Church Singers. Entombment will be in the Green Hills Memorial Gardens Mausoleum in Middlesboro. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends from 6 until 9 PM Friday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville, which is honored to serve the Butler Family.
