Hope L. Collins was born June 23 1967 to the late Junior and Shirley Winstead Owens and passed away Sept. 11, 2016.

Survivors include Husband- Jeff Collins of Sneedville and daughter Chelsey Collins and a host of family & friends.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 PM on Friday Sept. 16 at Reece Funeral Home & Valley Chapel.
