Herman Gray

Herman Gray, 66 of Stoney Fork, passed away on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at his home. He was born in Manchester, KY on April 9, 1945 and was the son of Ford and America Gray. Herman had worked for the Merlco Bakery Company as a warehouseman. He was preceded in death by his father, Ford Gray, Sr. In addition to his mother, America Gray, survivors include his daughters, Cleda Akers and husband, Virgil of Stoney Fork and Robin Gray of Indianapolis, IN; grandchildren, Tyler Blanton, Tiffany Akers, Alexis Akers, Oscar 'Adam' Akers, Camie Gray, Calamia Gray and Harley Gray; mother of his daughters, Wilma Petro; brothers, Robert Gray, Ford Gray, Jr. and E.C. Gray; half brother and sisters, Tony Gray, Nancy Gray, Debra Gray and Brenda Gray and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
