Helen Ethel Brock Hunter

Helen Ethel Brock Hunter, 78, of Little Clear Creek went home to be with the Lord, January 9, 2018 at Pineville Community Hospital. She was born on December 28, 1939 in Pineville, KY to the late James Scott and Elizabeth Caldwell Brock, one of their eighteen children. Helen married Bobby Lee Hunter June 21, 1957 and was a homemaker and loving devoted mother and grandmother. Preceding her in death were children, Douglas Wayne and Bobby Lee Hunter, Jr.; granddaughter, Tara Sharhea Hunter; brothers, Will, Millard, Robert, Bruce and Ralph Brock; sisters, Rachel Brock, Dora Brock and Bertha Brock Hunter. Left to mourn her passing are, husband of 60 years, Bobby Lee Hunter; sons, Floyd Scott (Michelle) Hunter and Adam Scott (Megan) Hunter; grandchildren, Cody Lee Hunter, Leevi Shade Hunter, Charlcie Raye Hunter and Brieghlee Rae Hunter; brothers, Reed, Grover and Colson Brock; sisters, Mary Bullins, Cuba Rose Phipps, Irene Brock, Gladys Jackson, Katherine Cavins and Laura Mae Bingham; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends. Funeral and Graveside Services will be at Fuson Chapel Missionary Baptist Church on Friday, January 12, 2018 at 2:00 PM with the Rev. Clint Goodin and Rev. Murphy Buell. Music provided by the Fuson Chapel Choir, Barry Barton and Charlcie Raye Hunter. Burial will be in the Fuson Chapel Cemetery with nephews serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Arnold Fuson, Terrence Hunter, Tiny Hunter, Donnie Hunter, Ray Buell and Dr. Stephen K. Morgan. The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 11, 2018 from 6:00 - 9:00 PM at the Fuson Chapel Missionary Baptist Church.
