Hazel Roark

Hazel Roark, 79 of Pineville, KY passed away Sunday, December 15, 2019 at her home. She was born in Little Clear Creek, KY on May 29, 1940 a daughter of the late Willie Lee and Icy Partin Daniel. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her loving husband, Faris Roark; siblings, Willie Lee Daniel, Jr., Sarah Jane Gibson, Hershel Daniel, John Daniel, James Daniel, Beatrice Daniel, Charles Daniel and Jerlene Daniel Mason. She is survived by her daughter, Kim Denny; three grandsons, one great granddaughter; siblings, Jerry Daniel, Bertha Buis, Frances Chandler, Beulah Daniel, Patty Davis along with a host of nieces and nephews, who she loved dearly, and other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Thursday, December 19 at 6:00 PM at the Salem #2 Missionary Baptist Church in Clear Creek with Rev. Bill Gibson officiating. Graveside will be Friday, December 20, 2019 at 1:00 PM in the Gibson Cemetery with family & friends serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends Thursday, December 19 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Salem #2 Missionary Baptist Church in Clear Creek.
