Hazel Faye Blincoe

Hazel Faye Blincoe, 70 of Stoney Fork, passed away on Sunday, February 20, 2022, at home. She was born in Stoney Fork on May 15, 1951, a daughter of the late Rice and Lora Whitehead Thompson. Hazel worked at the Harlan Senior Citizens Center and attended the Blackstar Pentecostal Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Perry White; son, Delmer White; brothers, Theo Thompson and Hubert Thompson, Sr.; and sister, Thelma Thompson. Hazel is survived by her husband of 18 years, Sheldon Wade Blincoe; sons, Robert White and wife, Megan, and Perry Douglas White and wife, Brenda; daughter, Tressa Nickels and husband, Charles; daughter-in-law, Michele White; grandchildren, Chelsea Baird and husband, Derek, Nick Fisher, Shelby Redmond and husband, Dan, Stormy White, Seth White, Kaydi Williamson, Erika White, Abby White, Lincoln White and Dalton Blincoe; great-grandchildren, Dawson Baird and Emma Baird; brother, Jimmy Thompson; sisters, Dorothy Whitt, Violet Humble, Brenda Belcher, Sandra Blevins, and Linda Blair; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Memorial services will be at 2:00 PM on Saturday, February 26, 2022, at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home with Rev. Ronnie Oplinger presiding. The family will receive friends on Saturday at 12:00 PM until the memorial hour at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Pineville, which is honored to serve the Blincoe Family.
