Harry P. Lawson, age 92, a WWII veteran, of Harrison Township , went to be with his Savior Jesus Christ on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 . Born June 8, 1924 in Arjay , KY. Survived by his wife, Ella Lawson (nee Dluge); sister, Rosella Lawson Rice; daughter, Lana (Leonard) Campbell; son, Gregory (April) Lawson; stepchildren, Judy (Mark) Vomfell, Dale (Julie) Albright and George (Sandra) Albright; many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson. He was predeceased by his first wife, Jean Lawson (nee Lewis); brother-in-law, Leon Rice; mother and father, Maggie and Charles Lawson; sister, Betty and brother, Ed. Memorial services will be at 11:00 AM Saturday, October 1, 2016 at the Pineville Memorial Cemetery with Rev. David Barnett. Arnett & Steele Funeral Home is honored to assist the Lawson family.
